Music

I play a combination of traditional folk music and my own compositions on ducimer and accordion.

My first album ‘Silver Pin’ was recorded with Oliver Coates in 2018.
It was Mainly Norfolk’s 2018 Album of the Year and described by Folk radio UK as ‘an excellent first release’. So you can >>>listen here<<< and see if you agree.

In 2019 I played on the Grammy nominate recording of ‘Amelie The Musical’.

In 2020 I released the album ‘People I Have Known’ which I recorded live at Centre 151 in Haggerston. >>>listen here<<<

The Harrison Singaround

I started the Harrison Singaround in 2018 as a new folk singing session where everyone could bring a song, singalong or just listen.
Before lockdown it took place every month at The Harrison in Kings Cross.
Since March 2020 it has moved online taking place on zoom and attracts singers from all over the world.
Everyone is welcome to join us from 2-5pm on the third Saturday of the month to share folk, roots and acoustic music. If you’d like to give it a try (and truly you should, it’s so heart warming) then

Queer Folk

I am currently creating a new project with George Sansome celebrating queer folk music, traditions and artists to counter the invisibility of LGBT+ history and performers in the traditional music world.
Check out the new Queer Folk website on the project for more info! And tune into
Voices Radio every month for my Queer Folk show!
